Tawanna "Tee" Thomas

As an Administrative Assistant, Tawanna supports the Director and University Title IX Coordinator, as well as provides administrative support to the staff in the Department of Title IX.

Tawanna has been at Emory since 2024, initially working in the School of Medicine before transitioning to the Department of Title IX.

Tawanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kennesaw State University and completed the Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business program. Tawanna also earned a Master of Fine Arts degree, summa cum laude, in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University. 

She enjoys singing karaoke and watching cartoons in her spare time.
