Jennifer Gagen
Assistant Director for Education and Training in the Department of Title IX

Jennifer Gagen is the Assistant Director for Education and Training in the Department of Title IX at Emory University, where she develops and delivers training for students, faculty, and staff. She joined Emory in 2026, bringing extensive experience in victim-survivor services and violence prevention. Prior to Emory, Jennifer held roles with the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Florida State University. At Georgia Tech, she also served as a sexual and relationship violence prevention educator.
Jennifer earned both of her degrees from Florida State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology & Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, and a Master of Social Work.
