Daniel DeLuca

Daniel DeLuca is the Assistant Director within the Department of Title IX. Prior to coming to Emory in June 2023, Daniel worked in the Title IX Office at George Washington University as an Investigator, where he conducted investigations into formal complaints filed against students, faculty, and staff. Daniel also has previous experience in the Office of Student Advocacy & Accountability at Louisiana State University and the Office of Community Standards at Babson College, where he worked with students who were alleged to have violated the Code of Student Conduct.

Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Nichols College and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
