Kimberly Hoyt-Eden

As the Project Director and Special Assistant for the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (IEC), Kimberly collaborates with the Associate Vice Provost (AVP) and Directors in IEC to manage timelines and implementation of strategic projects. In this role she leads special projects to ensure accurate and timely completion, develops and maintains the division’s website, and manages and monitors departmental budgets, accounts, expenses, policies and procedures related to budget.

Kimberly joined Emory University in 2018 where she served as the Administrative Assistant in the Department of Equity and Inclusion. Prior to Emory, Kimberly worked as an experienced office administration professional at Clark Atlanta University where she led process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency. Kimberly also has over a decade of customer service experience which supports her ability to quickly establish positive teamwork and collaboration.

Kimberly is from Atlanta, Georgia, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design.
